Emergency Appointments

Whether it’s a painful toothache, chipped front tooth or lost denture, we recognise that dental issues can have a significant physical and psychological impact. With this in mind, we maintain regular ‘emergency slots’ every day and try our hardest to accommodate patients with a dental emergency as quickly as we can.

If you’re in pain, or in urgent need of a dentist, please contact the practice via our landline during office hours and we will edeavour to get you an appointment at the earliest possible opportunity.

An emergency appointment allows us to focus on a specific issue that is bothering the patient. At your appointment your dentist will hold a consultation with you, understand what is concerning you and perform a thorough clinical examination. At the same appointment you will be provided with a diagnosis and a choice of treatment options on how we can best help you manage these. All treatment plans discussed at our practice have full price transparency and the patient will be given a fully-costed, written breakdown of the treatment which they may choose to receive.

Should a patient decide on a treatment plan, the dentist and nurse will try to offer the patient the choice of having that emergency treatment at the same appointment in order to try to ensure we get the patient out of pain and back smiling as soon as possible.
